Durban's were absolutely faultless when the zips came apart and repaired them to perfection and sprayed the heels so that they looked brand new. Today one of the awful zips came apart again and there was absolutely no problem at all for Durban's to squeeze the zip together in a few minutes with no charge. An absolutely outstanding repair shop that I would recommend as First Class to anyone.
